We recommend reserving as early as possible, especially during the spring and summer when weekends often book out 2 months in advance.

Yes. A deposit is required to lock in your reservation. Your event date and equipment are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

Yes. We offer free delivery and pickup for all rental items and events on Long Island. A delivery fee might be applied for deliveries over an hour away.

We work with all Long Island based events. Right now we do not service outside of Long Island?

Yes. We do our best to accommodate additions or changes up until the day before your event as long as we have the available inventory.

Tents come with installation to ensure safety and proper anchoring. Tables and chairs are typically delivered stacked until setup is requested.

Customers are responsible for rental equipment during the rental period. Any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal use may incur replacement fees.

No washing is required. We just ask that all food, trash, and decorations be removed before pickup.
